Refund Policy

MTA Books sells digital ebooks. Because delivery is immediate after a verified payment, refunds are limited.

Standard policy

• If you cannot access your download due to a technical issue on our side, contact support and we will restore access or issue a refund when the issue cannot be resolved.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the payment references and we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Change-of-mind refunds after a successful download are generally not available for digital goods.

How to request help

Email info@zayn.enterprises with your order ID, payment reference, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve delivery problems quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in revoked access.
